In October, I was included in The Oprah Winfrey Show tribute to late author Truddi Chase, whose story and book, “When Rabbit Howls heightened the awareness about abuse survivors and DID around the world. Oprah’s original interview with Chase in 1990 was pivotal in my healing, and being able to honor her now, was as well. I’m so pleased to know that so many survivors are out in the world making a difference!

I am deeply honored to have been selected to be a part of it. My fellow contributors have shared stories of amazing courage and the book reads as a testimony to the spirit of the inner child in each of us. Their voices are strong, their words honest. It is time for society to listen and the publishing of this book brings us one step closer to that goal.

It is a fine job by Marjorie Ryerson and all others directly involved in this publication. Thank you for all the hard work and time invested in this project.
